10 ) Ms. Ly Nha Ky – Honorary Consul of Romania in Ho Chi Minh City
On 30th May, 2018 Mr. Nguyen Minh Vu- Assistant Minister of Foreign Affair, Director of Consulate give The Certificate Appointment Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Nhan (artist name Ms. Ly Nha Ky) citizens of Socialist Republic of Vietnam to be Honorary Consul of Romania in Ho Chi Minh City.
On June, 2018 Ms. Ly Nha Ky organized a press conference announcing Honorary Consul of Romania which took place in Ho Chi Minh City with the presence of Ambassador Romania in Vietnam, businesswoman - actress Ly Nha Ky and some artists.
During her prorogue, Ms. Ly Nha Ky takes responsible for "protecting the rights and benefits of citizens and legal entities for Romanian, contributing to the development of economic, trade, tourism and cultural relations as well as supporting relationship between Romania and Vietnam”.
At the press conference, Ambassador of Romania to Vietnam Valeriu Arteni said that the strengths of the former Ambassador Vietnamese when she take the position of the Honorary Consul in Ho Chi Minh City is due to the versatility, ingenuity, knowledge and the relationships of Ly Nha Ky. He is highly appreciated that she will good at her position for promoting relationship between Vietnam and Romania.
On November, 2018, in the second national congress of the Association of Private Entrepreneurs in Vietnam, Ly Nha Ky was admitted to the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Private Entrepreneurs II course 2018-2023
