Recently the Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam carried out election of the new Execution Board and the name Ly Nha Ky surprisingly showed up.
Congress VI of Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam happened yesterday 27th February and elected the new Execution Board including 27 members. The President of the Federation belongs to Major General Pham Van Huan (Editor in Chief of People’s Army Newspaper) while Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu became the general secretary. It was quite surprising when the beauty Ly Nha Ky was elected for the Vice President of the Federation being in charge of public relation.

Ly Nha Ky (real name is Tran Thi Thanh Nhan) is the only female among 5 Vice Presidents in term 2016 – 2020. The actress as well as business woman will not receive salary in her term. Besides the female athlete who contributed considerably for Vietnamese biking, Nguyen Thi That (silver medal at ASIA Incheon 2014) also became a member of the execution member.
The Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam was established in 1992 and through years has become one of the strongly socialized sport federations. Many clubs have developed professionally with many competitions frequently being organized. Recently at SEA Games 2015 at Singapore, Vietnamese biking earned 1 gold medal, 2 silver meals, 1 bronze medal and ranking 2nd in the area (behind Malaysia).
With the appearance of Ly Nha Ky in role of public relation, certain the Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam will attract more concern from society as well as bring more sponsorship for development.
In term 2016 – 2020, the Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam aim to achieve gold medal, silver medal & bronze medal at South East Asia and at SEA Games, as well as position in top 3 of South East Asia in content of long road, terrain and hollow.

Ly Nha Ky, real name is Tran Thi Thanh Nhan, born on 19th July 1982 in Vung Tau Province is a Vietnamese commercial model, movie actress, business woman & social activist who is well known via the role Diem Kieu in the television series movie Beauty and the Rich. In 2011, she was appointed as the 1st Ambassador of Vietnam Tourism.
In 2012, Ly Nha Ky together with Vietnamese sport delegates traveled to Macau in order to call for ASIAD 2019 hosting authorization. On 8th November 2012, OCA officially announced Vietnam for the first time earning the right to organize the 18th competition. However due to limit in expenditure Vietnam withdrew and declined to organize this congress. |
