In the Closing Ceremony, Ly Nha Ky had honor opportunity to meet with powerful figures of Cannes, especially Mr. Thierry Fremaux who is known as “the king” of Cannes, Director of Cannes Film Festival. Meeting Ly Nha Ky, Mr. Thierry Fremaux said he observed Ly Nha Ky every night she walking red carpet and recognized that photographers love to capture her pictures and he adores her. This is considered as her success bringing Vietnamese image to the world. Mr. Thierry Fremaux is inherently known as a simple and humble person who wins respect of many artists. Almost every star would love to take memory pictures with him.
In screening room, Ly Nha Ky met with the legend actor of France Jean-Pierre Leaud. The 71-year-old actor was rewarded with “Life-time achievement” in the closing ceremony. The movie La Mort de Louis XIV (Death of Louis XIV – 2015) that he played a role was screened in the film festival this year.

At the Closing Ceremony, Ly Nha Ky had chance to communicate and take pictures with many powerful artists of France. Ly Nha Ky surprisingly met with Mr. Bertrand Hassini Bonnett who is director of 2 theatres in France and co-producer of 3 competition films and his film won the Palme D’or award, Camera D’or and Grand Pix this year. He initiatively asked to meet Ly Nha Ky because he read about her and saw her pictures on Gala magazine.
