The latest issue of June 2016 of Madame Figaro magazine spent gratitude to Ly Nha Ky for her good acts for Cannes Film Festival 2016 happened lately: “Being the Tourism Ambassador 2011 for her country, Ly Nha Ky proved her love for the movie by supporting the Cinefondation to strengthen new generations of film makers. Dedicating her heart for philanthropy, the actress was called “Lady Di of Vietnam” brought great honor for her country with such beautiful acts”.

Besides compliments for Ly Nha Ky, the Madame Figaro also featured her impressive moments on red carpet of Cannes Film Festival 2016. Previously during attendance in Cannes Film Festival 2016, Ly Nha Ky was featured 3 times in the Gala magazine.

Also during Cannes Film Festival 2016 when many movie producers knew that Ly Nha Ky temporarily ceased joining in art activities had encouraged her to come back. Sharing with iHay.vn news, Ly Nha Ky confided her coming acting plan.

“I have plan coming back to the movie because until now influential figures in the movie industry still keep in touch with me and talked me to come back to acting. They are the ones bring fire to me again. I also received many scripts but I’m still reading them and considering because if coming back to acting, I’d want to do something better than before so I won’t betray expectation of those who set fire to me and also not betray the public’s affection for me and welcome me back” the actress of Beauty and the Rich shared.

When being asked about her prioritizing to attend in international or Vietnamese movie project, the beauty was straightforward: “I value the crew more because they are the ones who create success, however certainly I will support Vietnamese movie and director”.

Ly Nha Ky started acting career since 2006 with the character that was not well-known in the drama movie Long lasting love (by Nguyen Le Dung director). After many drama movies such as Love Story, Jealousy, The price of buying God, Private Detective, Muoi, I want to be famous, Beauty and the Rich etc… the beauty joined in some movies and stopped after Cold Summer (2014).
In the period of temporarily withdrawing from art activities, the beauty said she always has a big heart for movie and “acting is still very attractive to me”.
