Appearing on international media is not a personal bliss of the “diamond woman” but also the general pride of the whole showbiz
Gala magazine of France on 19th May showed their favor to Ly Nha Ky by introduction: “Gorgeous Vietnamese actress, model and businesswoman Lý Nhã Kỳ caused a sensatioin at her red-carpet appearance for the Dardenne brothers’ latest movie, The Unknown Girl. She has been her country’s tourism ambassador since 2011 and happens to support the Cinefondation, promoting new generations of filmmakers”.
In another issue of 21st May, the Gala magazine of France spent a whole page writing about Ly Nha Ky. Especially this magazine called the beauty as “Princess Diana of Vietnam”.
The Madame Figaro magazine issue of June 2016 spent their gratitude to Ly Nha Ky for her good deed for Cannes Film Festival 2016: “As the Tourism Ambassador 2011 for her country, Ly Nha Ky proved her love for cinema by supporting the Cinefondation to give strength to film makers of new generations. Engaging enthusiastically to charity, the actress being called “Lady Di of Vietnam” for bringing such honor to her country with good deeds”.
In the articles about closing of Cannes Film Festival 2016, 3 top newspapers of Chinese such as QQ, 163 and iFeng introduced about Ly Nha Ky and the actress’s images in the whimsy blue dress with appreciation and admiration.
While QQ news formally wrote: “The Vietnamese actress Ly Nha Ky wore the romantic printed blue dress”, 163 news and iFeng mistakenly wrote: “The Hong Kong actress Ly Nha Ky wore the romantic printed blue dress”. Although this was a mistake but Ly nha Ky must be very proud and touched because once again, international media showed their favor to her.
Recentlly, a newspaper in China featured about Ly Nha Ky and praised for her cooking of her own for disabled children in Binh Chanh District. The news said: “Vietnamese famous actress Ly Nha Ky sponsored cooking for 300 disabled and orphan children. Such a beauty with beautiful soul”.
Not long ago, a 3 minute video introduced about Georges Hobeika fashion show in the Haute Couture fashion week being broadcast on Fashion TV with appearances of many world celebrities.
And surprisingly in the centre of the video, Ly Nha Ky appeared gracefully and sultrily. The “diamond woman” confidently spoke English in the interview.
