Last night, LYNK fashion show 2015 went brilliantly with the presentation of 38 Haute Couture creations of the talented Alexis Mabille designer, bringing strange feelings for Vietnamese fashionistas.
With the estimated duration from 12 to 15 minutes, Alexis Mabille presented 38 Haute Couture creations at Lynk Fashion Show 2015. It is said that Haute Couture can be summed up in a handful of numbers, rules and techniques carved in stone: the number of dressmakers and hours needed to make a dress, the artisanal methods and fabrics used… But for Mabille, Haute Couture represents much more than that. He considers each Haute Couture creation is an intimate, sensual and passionate relationship, the use of exceptional know-how to honor an individual, the woman who wears it.
Being true to the spirit and orientation of Couture dresses, Mabille knows how to celebrate the beauty and create his own ego in every work. He consolidated the creativity of Haute Couture and the standard beauty of women to be a united form of enchantment.
Mabille shared: “My creative process is didactic. My inspiration? Women. The ones whose natural charm brings
my creations to life and pushes it forward.”
With his humor Mabille considers his work to be a laboratory for ideas. Each piece is specially created for a unique person and designed to highlight her radiance, intensity and perpetual femininity.

Vietnamese designer Do Manh Cuong shared his thought: “I think since this is a high-class fashion show so it’s no
need to discuss about the materials because they were carefully selected. Silhouettes are not out-breaking but standardized.”
Vietnamese designer Thuy Nguyen gave opinion on another perspective, she said: “Tonight the show was truly a rare opportunity to approach for learning and looking back at the reality of Vietnamese fashion shows and fashion creations, you could recognize the quality of fabric, sewing skills… Put yourself in the audience’s shoes to understand thoroughly what they want in each of your creation.”
In the role of a model, after the show Nhu Van expressed her feeling: “I was not really satisfied, maybe because the realistic conditions do not allow more than that. I completely admire Alexis Mabille so I was expecting more than this to behold his creations more. However this is a successful show.”
