This is the 1st time Ly Nha Ky started her role of the Vice President of Motor & Bike Federation of Vietnam after more than 10 days of inauguration. This is also an interesting coincidence when Ly Nha Ky is the 1st female Vice President in history of the Federation, she started the role right at the opening time of the largest ever International Female Biking Tournament in Vietnam.

And in order to zealously encourage female racers at the 1st stage, the Vice President of the Federation Ly Nha Ky was highly enthusiastic sitting on a sport motorbike to go along with them for 3 rounds nearly 70 KM length. This gesture of Ly Nha Ky touched many athletes when she was not afraid of the burning hot sun to stay side by side with them.

After the race, Ly Nha Ky shared that having a chance to travel along with the female athletes to overcome the racing route nearly hundreds of kilometers, she felt thoroughly all hardship of those females who inherently love sport and dedicate themselves for it. Suffering of hot burning sun, bathing in sweat and sacrificing their bright skin… all of these values bring to Ly Nha Ky the extreme admiration.
This reality trip helps Ly Nha Ky to thoroughly understand the ultimate hardships of racing cyclists – especially those female athletes.

At the same time when staying side by side with the athletes, Ly Nha Ky seemed to be given of a new source of energy, more will and persistence from those female athletes on their way to conquer the race.
The biking sport is inherently considered as a very extreme one to female, instead of taking care of themselves daily, nurturing their beautiful skin like other girls, those female racing cyclists have to bath in the sun and rain for daily practice…
Ly Nha Ky expects to listen more to desires of female athletes so she can think of the best plan to help them live completely with their passion for sports.

Therefore, being inherently keen on spinning wheel, the athlete must overcome numerous challenges and difficulties, they have to sacrifice a lot, including the suffering of scars on bodies due to collisions so they can continue living with passion. Understand and appreciate such passion, Ly Nha Ky said she will be more active and trying harder to be able go along with leaders of the Federation to pay more attention to female racing cyclists, to encourage them more to live fully with their passion and achieve grand awards in national and international competitions.
