Morning of 9/4 at the opening ceremony, Ly Nha Ky was there, cheering for all racers. And on 30/4 at the end of the tour, being the Vice President of Viet Nam Cycling and Sport Motorcycling Union, Ly Nha Ky joined the ceremony as well as presented the final Red Shirt prize for the winner.
