In Cannes Film Festival 2017, apart from many expensive brand name outfits, Ly Nha Ky also entrusted 2 talented names among famous Vietnamese designers to present to the world, namely Le Thanh Hoa, and Do Long. While in the third time, Ly Nha Ky enticed us all with a mermaid gemstone lace dress from Le Thanh Hoa, then in the last evening of Cannes, Ly Nha Ky again knocked us all out with her ever changing style in an absolutely beautiful gown by young designer Do Long.
A custom design for only Ly Nha Ky at Cannes Film Festival 2017, Do Long shared that he had 3 extreme skillful artists constantly working on the dress for 2 months to transform an idea into this gorgeous dress.
This designed focus on embroidered details resembled an ocean full of light, on a bell shaped form to deliver the original idea of the designer.
Every detail was done by hand on top of sheer fabric embroidered with silver thread. The main patterns were created from thousands of the highest quality crystal, especially with feather technique on organza fabric. The overall color of light and soft shimmering gold was made clear and faded, bringing out a softer but distinct image.
More than ever, she looked like a dreamy, beautiful fairy tale princess, no one could take their eyes off her. To even more complement her beauty, she went with expensive diamond jewelries from Paolo Piovan.
Her perfect images at Cannes Film Festival 2017 in the past few days had won a huge amount of attention from the public. We may say Ly Nha Ky is one of our very few stars that has been building a better, shinier image in Cannes.
