Marc Missonnier, the world famous film producer, and his family has unexpectedly spent their Lunar New Year in Viet Nam as invited by our lovely Ly Nha Ky. Marc Missonnier and Ly Nha Ky have become close friends from co-producing Angel’s Face together.
To any diligent movie fans, Marc Missonnier’s name speaks much wonder. As the founder of Moana Films, he and his firm have released many great films through the years. In 2014, he made the list of Top 50 highest earning people in the film industry by Télérama magazine, with continuous great movies letting many performances rise to fame.

When the news of Marc Missonnier and Ly Nha Ky co-producing the movie Angel’s Face by director Vanessa Filho surfaced, people are extremely excited. This time, the cast includes the “French Rose” Marion Cotillard, the one and only French actress that won the Academy Award. According to our source, Marc Missonnier is the sole reason why Cotillard agreed to join this production.

Last Christmas on the set in the South of France, Ly Nha Ky and Marc Missonnier worked closely together observing their production scene by scene. Many strategic promotion plans were discussed in regard of the essence of the movie as opposed to the relative situation of the market.

The entire team worked relentlessly in below zero temperature, heavy snow and thunderstorms.
Through her time with Marc, Ly Nha Ky has learnt so much about organizing and facilitating a production from her beloved French team. The two will see each other again in Cannes of 2018, as their movie Angel’s Face will make a long awaited debut.

While making a grand South East Asia vacation with his family, Marc Missonnier especially visited Viet Nam in fondness of Ms. Ky. Ever since this beautiful lady spent her own money to promote her country’s tourism in Cannes, Marc Missonnier had great appreciation for her as well as Viet Nam. As deep in the industry as him, he certainly knew the enormous cost to place the three promotional panels right across the red carpet in Cannes 2017 for such a single individual like Ly Nha Ky, who was already a sponsor for the Cinefondation for as long as 4 years.
