Cannes 7th day, Ly Nha Ky has decided to don a traditional ao dai outfit, with 3D lotus embroidered details. Such a stunning and classy look from this beauty.
After the highly praised premiere of her co-produced movie Angel Face, Ly Nha Ky appeared on the 7th day Cannes red carpet in an ao dai outfit designed by the talented Dinh Van Tho.
Despite her frequent walks on Cannes red carpet, this is the very first time, Ly Nha Ky wears a traditional Vietnamese ao dai.
This special ao dai was designed with 2 layers of silky material underneath the most luxurious and light weigh lace. This modern twist on the traditional design endlessly hugging the luscious curves of the beauty.
This is truly an intricate design, each layer is hand sewn with extreme effort and attention to details.
Each petal of the lotus details is made using special 3D embroidering technique before hand-laced to the ao dai.
Ly Nha Ky has long been known for her daring fashion choice at Cannes, but today, she finally raised the level and provide us all a look of beauty and patriotic love.
Thousands of crystals are used on the intricate fabric, creating the stunning visual of dewdrops on the lotus flowers. This pristine Vietnamese ao dai is definitely a scene to see amid a jungle of Cannes dresses and gowns.
Ly Nha Ky appeared with Vietnamese signature femininity.
