Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Mr. Le Khanh Hai: Ly Nha Ky did not violate Vietnamese law, habits and customs.

Recently, mass communications publicized information about Ly Nha Ky’s picture being displayed on billboard panel at Cannes Film Festival along with the slogan “Ly Nha Ky – The new voice”. This panel was put aside the promotional panels of cinema and tourism of Ho Chi Minh City and stirred up the public.
