Having long been a fashion lover, but before 2013, Ly Nha Ky was only known for her expensive and luxurious designer clothes. And at the time, her signature style hasn't been developed yet, therefore we did not get to see a gorgeous Ly Nha Ky every time she appeared. She was more in the spotlight for the price tag of her clothes.

But ever since a trip to Paris 4 years ago, Ly Nha Ky started to make a new impression. Seems like our star has gotten a taste in the retro style, and become more determined with her image.

We must say, retro was definitely the right path for her, and how smart she was to develop her image according to this ever-trendy style. With retro, the outfits were inspired by fashion in the 20s to 80s. When it made a hot resurfacing in 2010, it was told to be in style for many years to come. 

This fashion choice of her brought us to love her more than ever. Her outfit in Paris Fashion Week 2013 was an inspiration of Grace Kelly. With a breath of the 50s, she donned a sophisticated hat, Mary James shoes, and a classic blue cape.

Some liked it, some hated it, but nothing shook her from her ground. She learned and did it again a year later and this time, it was a success. A 1930 outfit with classic pearl necklace and lovely hats, topping a gorgeous plum midi dress with a belt round her waist, and emphasis on the shoulder. Her half hand gloves brought out a modern touch to this retro outfit. 

Her retro style always includes hats and gloves, the key items to any retro lovers. In 2015, one of the most prestigious French designers Celine Robert gave Ly Nha Ky a custom hat with the embroiled words “Celine Robert for Ly Nha Ky”. The hat was designed according to her beauty.

In this picture, she brought back the roaring 20s in a silver mermaid tale gown, a luxurious fur coat,

had her pixie hair making perfect curls on her face, and a feather accessories on top. 

In Cannes this year, the retro style came back in her sleek and fluffy hair famously inspired by the legendary Brigitte Bardot. And of course, she went with the signature hat and gloves.
